Trout fishing trip on the Middle Provo River near Heber City Utah
Private waters fishing on the Pecos River during our annual trek to the Pecos River Valley this year. This section the Pecos River is located about 40 miles from Santa Fe, New Mexico in the Santa Fe National Forest. There are over 15 miles of fishable river and tributary creeks in the valley.
Another steelhead fishing trip to the Trinity River west of Redding California. We liked our trip last year so much, we decided to give it another try. Don't under estimate the importance of the roll cast, for three days it was the only cast we used. Lot's of hook ups and no hang ups in the trees. Aaron Grabiel was our guide - look him up.
Trout fishing on the Wind River in the Wind River Canyon, south of Thermopolis Wyoming. We spent two days fishing the river with Wind River Canyon Whitewater and Fly Fishing. Our original intent was to stay overnight on the river, but plans changed because the first days weather was cold, sleety and windy. The second day was very nice. No pictures were taken during the first day because of the weather. This is both a white water experience and a fly fishing experience.
Big Horn River trout on the Big Horn River below the Big Horn Reservoir near Fort Smith Montana. This four night, three day fishing trip was hosted by High Desert Angler of Santa Fe New Mexico at the Big Horn Trout Shop lodge. We fished a 13 mile stretch of the river below the Yellow Tail dam and caught about 24-30 fish per day. The browns in the river had a very nice copper color. We were guided by Adam Wagner from Big Timber Montana.
